Entry-Level Electronics Technician / Logistics Associate

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay: $18/hr (Full or Part-time)

NJT Automation is hiring an Entry-Level Electronics Technician / Logistics Associate.
No industry experience required - just interest, mechanical/electrical aptitude, and the willingness to learn. If you are motivated, you will learn on the job.
What You’ll Do
Test 24VDC and 120VAC automation electronic components
Power up and check products for basic functions (using manuals and guides)
Reset and reload PLCs and HMIs (basic programming, training provided)
Refurbish units by cleaning, replacing overlays, and installing LCD screens
Organize and move inventory in our warehouse
Photograph products for listings
Pack and ship customer orders (parcel and LTL freight) - Expect to spend part of your time on shipping and warehouse tasks, especially as you’re learning the technical side.
Assist with import/export documentation
Help build RepairMode.com – our new platform that’s changing how electronics get repaired.
This is an entry-level role where you’ll start by helping with a mix of shipping, inventory, and basic electronics work. As you learn and show what you’re best at, you’ll get more of those responsibilities. Whether that’s hands-on electronics testing, refurbishment, logistics, or helping us build RepairMode.com.
What We’re Looking For
Basic understanding of electronics, AC/DC power, or mechanical aptitude
Interest in technology, automation, or electronics tinkering
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills
Strongly motivated and high energy
